You won't want to miss this weekly LIVE STREAM CLASS - V.I.I.T - variable intensity interval training!!! Anyone can participate - ALL FITNESS LEVELS - can enjoy this workout!! It is 3 segments of 5 exercises each that will tone, get the heart rate up and get the sweat going all while having FUN!!! All you need is a mat or a carpet and optional light weights (or water bottles as weights - but weights are NOT necessary!!!) All you DO need is 30 minutes!!!

Personal Training/Live Stream Classes/Virtual Training
So much has changed in the last couple of years and with it so has the way we are exercising. We have found new ways to participate in classes, work in small groups or engage in personal training. Many of us began working out at home, purchased home equipment, joined virtual classes and/or got outdoors to get moving. The important thing is to keep moving and equally important is to change up your routine and to surprise your body now and then. Our bodies get bored of the same routine and will plateau unless you try new things. So, I would love the opportunity to work with you and help you find new and creative ways to exercise. Your body will not only thank you and respond positively but so will your mind and your spirit.
PureFit has options for you!! We can work with you in one of the following ways:
1) work together in a private in-person or virtual personal training session
2) create custom videos for you to have and use at your convenience and keep as a reference
3) join a scheduled live stream class
4) form your own group or small group and schedule the time and type of class you would like
So many choices and something for everyone!!!

Use It or Lose It
Fitness can be achieved at any age with commitment and the proper exercise program!
The average adult loses approximately 5 pounds of muscle per decade or one-half pound of muscle per year in the absence of a regular resistance training program. So the old adage "Use it or Lose it" really is true!! In order to stay the same, you need to continually work at it and continually mix up your routine.
This does NOT mean that a heavy weight training program is necessary, it simply means that some kind of overload and resistance program needs to be performed on a regular basis. The specific goals vary for each of us and resistance and overload can come in many forms.
Studies have proven that muscle gains can be made even by people in their eighties! This may not seem important, however, maintaining strength as you get older, will carry over into your every day life. From simply being able to perform your daily activities to continuing activities that are important to you and contribute to your overall well being. This leads to an overall excellent quality of life.
So how do you GET STARTED? The BIGGEST obstacles to adopting a regular resistance training program are time, convenience and access. PureFit will shatter those barriers and give you access to a program you can do ANYTIME, ANYWHERE and this will ultimately lead to long term adherence - ALWAYS...

MY STORY
I have been a fitness professional for over 14 years and a fitness enthusiast for 30+ years. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and began my career teaching multiple types of group fitness classes in Westchester, NY and Greenwich, CT and worked as a physical therapy aide for 2 years. I have expanded my practice to include private personal training sessions and now VIRTUAL TRAINING and CLASSES. I am passionate about exercise and even more passionate to get other people excited about it too. My philosophy is to move your body and make that happen doing something you enjoy.
