Don't Forget to Breathe

At this difficult time, we are all trying to navigate the new normal and maintain our balance. One simple technique that I find very effective is breathing. When you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or stressed by your situation, take a minute and breathe to hit the reset button. I usually sit with my feet flat on the floor and take several deep breaths. Make sure your breath completely fills your belly and then blow it out as hard as you can. Do this a minimum of 3 times and you'll be amazed how much better you feel!! Keep breathing!!
