Happy New Year!!
2020 was a challenging year for all of us and I think it's safe to say we are all looking forward to 2021 with hope, a positive mindset and are full of optimism for a fresh, new start. This past year was like no other and our list of resolutions is probably longer than usual. Fitness goals usually make the cut, however, with so many difficulties this past year, I hope it hasn't fallen to the bottom of or even off the list entirely.
Now, more than ever, we need to keep our bodies moving!! Exercise is not only important for our physical body, it is also nourishment for our mind and spirit. Staying committed to exercise in 2020 made the challenges more manageable for me. Furthermore, forming my virtual fitness class was truly one of the bright spots. It provided camaraderie, connection and fun for all of us. As an instructor, it is the ultimate reward to watch the progress of each student, help overcome individual hurdles and be part of the successes.
The world has changed and many of our routines have changed too - our fitness routines included. It may be a while before we are comfortable to be back in the gym or the studio, therefore, we need to try new options. NOW is the perfect time to try my live stream class, work virtually one-on-one or form your own small group. It will shake up your body and your mind for the New Year and you will be surprised by how much fun it can be to exercise!!
