Consistency is KEY

The key to achieving your fitness goals is CONSISTENCY!!! No matter what your fitness level or goal, if you adhere to a program and make it a priority you will see RESULTS!! It's so important to keep plugging even on days (actually, especially on days) that you are not motivated! Find what will work for you to make exercise a priority and part of your routine!! What do you need to do to get started or excited about exercise??? Sometimes just changing into my workout clothes does the trick and other times I call on a buddy or workout partner to make it more fun. I've also set reminders in my calendar to block off time for exercise. Make it something you look forward to doing and make it "me-time" with either favorite music or adding an activity you love. Do whatever it takes to remain consistent and you will be successful in your goals!!!
