We are in trying times and navigating uncharted waters.  We all have one common goal - to keep ourselves and our families safe and healthy amidst COVID-19.  The level of stress and anxiety for all of us is off the charts and one way to help reduce this is by regular exercise.  Physical activity has been linked to stress reduction and mental well being for years and now is more important than ever!!  I miss going to the gym, the social interaction, collective high energy and the great feeling after a good workout.  As a personal trainer, I've been able to maintain my workout program and I feel this has helped me through this incredibly challenging time. It's so important to do whatever we can to maintain physical activity - go for a walk, stretch on your bedroom floor or turn on some music and dance in your kitchen!! It's not always easy to self-motivate and I would like to help others stick to their exercise routines or even begin a new routine.  I'm offering virtual personal training sessions and the goal is to help you keep a sliver of normalcy in one aspect of your life at this crazy time.  Please reach out to me on my contact page if you're interested or even if you just have a fitness question. And most important - be well and safe!!
